Raw materials:
- 2 cups of mixed fruit (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apricots)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
- 2 spoons of honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice - depending on how sour your fruit is. Lemon juice contains acid that helps prevent the fruit from going rancid quickly. This increases the time during which the popsicles are fresh and retain their quality. I recommend experimenting and adjusting the amount of lemon juice to your taste.
Popsicle molds: Liewood Gianni rose or Liewood Gianni blue .
Procedure:
- Wash the fruit thoroughly and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Place the fruit in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add yogurt, honey or maple syrup and lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert a popsicle stick and close with a lid.
- Put the molds with the filled mixtures in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
- Before serving, let the popsicles rest at room temperature for a while so that they can be easily removed from the molds.
Are you looking forward to them? You will definitely like them and the great thing is that you can choose the fruit according to your family preferences. Popsicles contain natural vitamins, minerals and fiber from fresh fruit and yogurt.
